Life is a sh*t show most of the time, but everything is better at the Funny Farm.

I don’t know how long we’ll live in this place—I know it’s not our forever home, and not just because we rent it—but I am so grateful for this lil house and the shelter she’s given me in every sense of the word. She’s a sacred place that’s filled to the brim with love. I feel so lucky for the time I’m given here, no matter how long that may be.

Special shout-out to Betty the Ghost in the upstairs window. She makes life . . . interesting, for sure.
